Dense Protein Question

I'm still a little unsure about what is considered dense protein.  Is that like a steak, pork chop, chicken breast, fish fillet?  Does it not include ground meat like meatloaf, meatballs, sausage, canned tuna?  Is it the wholeness of it that makes it be considered dense?  Thanks be to the experts here!!

Great question.  I've gathered "dense protein" is food that has a high satiate rate, sits heavy in your pouch, and is packed with quality protein. It may vary from person to person but following, in order from high to low, protein denseness for me:  meat (red, white, seafood, fish) without anything mixed in, meat with fillers, eggs, beans, nuts, protein bars, and last full-fat dairy products.  I would say "yes" to your first question, "denseness does include ground meats" to your second question, and "no" to your last question.  Not an expert...you'll see better answers below.

Dense protein -- measured best on a food scale.

Sliders - measured best by a measuring up.
