I hit 199 today!!!! I am over the moon. A 10.5 month journey to my lightest weight in 25 years. I know those that have done this will understand my joy right now!

've been at a stall for 3 weeks at 202. Sometimes it goes to 200.8 and then back to 202.

I'm just waiting it out...it will go down when my body's ready.
