What are good products to get there? I know they have a low carb yogurt, but anything else? I am making a trek to one that is pretty far but I am wanting to try their stuff and then maybe making a monthly trek to stock up on whatever I like but I want to try all the stuff at once.

main thing for me at kroger is carbmaster yogurt, carbmaster yogurt smoothies and carbmaster milk

i believe the yogurt is 10/$4!

I use the Kroger light greek yogurt. It has 14 grams of protein. I buy my calcium citrate there. The Kroger brand is always BOGO (except one week a year, lol). The Nature Made, Nature's Bounty and Sundowns vitamins are on BOGO a lot too. I also buy Kroger brand Albacore tuna in the pouch, which tastes much better than regular tuna.

I get their weekly email, use their digital coupons and earn fuel points to decrease my purchase of gas.
