Vitamin Patch Question

I've been considering discussing with my surgeon the possibility of switching over some/all of my vitamins to the patch.  I have very sensitive skin and deal with chronic psoriasis which is currently pretty well under control.  Anyone have input as to whether the patches may or may not be a good fit for me?

All you can do is buy and try some. I usually am sensitive in past and have no problems with the patches. Also my lab results prove for me the patches work very well.

In fact, I had to back off the iron patches to every other day, since the absorption is so much better than oral iron.

Hi pr31,

I agree you can try it and see.  I have sensitive skin and also switch the location of the patches and never wear them in the same place twice.  So far no issues....

Hi Pr31,

I found this on the FAQ page....

Not to change the subject, but I have been looking at these, which ones do we need to take?

Hi Ceci,

It's up to you and your surgeon and where you are on your weight loss. I am 12 years out and I take the following:

Multi

B12

D with Calcium

I do liquid Iron...  but there is a patch.

Always do blood work on a regular basis and when you see a drop up that vitamin.
