Had my first blood work done since surgery 3 months ago. Things looking pretty good. I was coming off a wicked cold so the lymphocytes were a bit raised. Not sure why my Vit a is low or my B12 is high though. And YAY my vit D is in the normal range. Before surgery it was low almost undetectable.

There are a few symbols that will make a post truncated. I'll bet there was a greater than or less than sign in there, and the software hates those.

Your B12 isn't high -- most of us like to keep it above 800 -- I keep mine around 1200.

Your ferritin is low -- really watch that -- it means your body is leeching iron from your stores...

Ferratin is low, but still within 'normal'. So I am not toooo worried atm. Also as of late I have been better than I was last month at getting enough protein in in the form of red meat. I recently just purchased a 1/4 of a cow for our freezer! MMm delicious iron rich protein.

Also getting the hang of regular vits through out the day has been hard lol Who knew that would be one of the things I find the hardest!

I would like to get my Vit D even a bit higher.
