ugh - being dizzy would be awful! I hope it's something easily fixable - that would drive me nuts!!

It IS so annoying! I took two naps yesterday hoping it would go away, but it didn't. I was hoping I'd wake up this morning with it gone, but it's still here. So I guess it's time to go in and have it checked out.

I've had a couple of bouts of dizziness in the past, though thankfully not for several years. Apparently there are multiple potential causes. One of them is dehydration, so be sure you are getting enough fluids in. Dizziness is so unpleasant. I hope your doc is able to quickly pinpoint and address the cause! Be well and keep us posted!
