I learned to take advantage of my honey moon stage. I ate dense protein and drank lots of liquids. (Half hour after at least)

Glad to hear you're feeling better.

It was cooler here this morning (TX) but Warne up to 60 about 2 pm. I went for walk after reading posts about exercise. I have to have water as I exercise so that helped with fluid intake. Having a great day today but only 7 weeks in.

Thanks to all for posting how you made it through early weeks. I am looking up the unjury soups.

Food today:

b. Peach slices, egg beater 2 T. Shredded cheese 1 T. 1/4 c cream of wheat

L 4 oz cottage cheese sf mixed fruit cup

D 2 oz salmon. broccoli

S 4oz skim milk to make skinny vanilla latte and vanilla protein drink

I read all my materials from dietician again and noted meal size was to be about size of altoids box for first 3 months. I have using dessert size plate this past week so need to watch portion size.

Hi everybody,

Just a quick drive by today:

QOTD: I was always a big water drinker so that wasn't hard for me. I was struggling with getting all of my protein so I added protein powder to my decaf coffee.

Accountability: 100% on plan.

I have the same menu as yesterday.

B: 2 eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese

L: 3oz Boar's Head chicken breast

S: 2oz turkey breast

D: 4 1/2 oz pork loin, 1/3C broccoli rabe

S: ostrim meat stick

Cals:640, Carbs:6, Protein: 95
