Wash and keep dry often throughout the day.... If I was not working out I would use powder and a binder garment. If I was working out I would take a flour sack cloth and put it in the fold of my skin with powder and 2 garments. The flour cloth absorbed all the moisture/sweat until I could shower and dry off. The two garments (lipo in a box and a cheap panty girdle from Walmart) kept it from moving/shifting to prevent open sores.
