Lucky you! I wi**** were that simple for everyone but it's not. A lot of people including me are hungry and think about food ALL THE TIME. It's not so easy for a lot of us so please don't throw everyone in your shame box.

I don't hate you but I don't like you, I find you are a Sanctimonious *****

You consistently flit onto to OH every few months to spew some crap about how perfect you and your eating is and belittle people who even remotely differ from you.

I would say MOST post op programs advocate for 3 meals and two snacks or call it 5 snacks or 5 meals. You are really splitting hairs here... as long as post ops are keeping their hand out of the proverbial "cookie" jar and eating protein forward does it matter if they call it 3 meals and 2 snacks? My Centre promotes 3 meals and 2 snacks.

I will be 5 yrs post op RNY this November. I eat what would be considered 2 meals and 2 snacks daily. I eat lunch, have a snack before the gym, have dinner and have a snack before bed. I am actually below goal weight and all my labs are excellent (I have them checked every 6 months).

I hope that new post ops will not actually take you seriously, you never have anything nice to say or even remotely valid. Do us all a favour and go back under the rock you crawled out from

I saw your post and remembered the lady who was sad about eggs and babybel cheese (I thought it was actually a great idea and have one every afternoon now) - then I realized this is the same person. She posts the same comment about snacks every six months or so. So we'll likely not see her again for a few months.

HW 510 / SW 424/ GW 175 (stretch goal to get 10 under) / CW 160 (I'm near the charts ideal weight - wonder if I can stay here)

Yes she is the lady who said eggs and babybel were not appropriate and guess who was eating it that day - ME! Eggs and babybel are a great idea, she is just a NUTCASE!

You are right, she will flounce away for a month or two and come back with the same **** about "don't hate me but...."

She conveniently forgets that she is the one who openly admitted to not taking her vitamins and is having problems due to non compliance. YET she goes out of her way to put someone down who is eating ALL PROTEIN FORWARD - again ME!

I don't generally go off on people but she is horrible and I don't want newbies thinking she knows what she is doing.
