The Picture above is the current me. Give or take, don't have anyone to take full pics of me but I have gone from wearing size 24's to size 14. The second pic below is me with my family 2015 Christmas day. I'm the one holding the dog.

I have gone from 325 to 210 (atm I'm on a stall which appears to happen every few weeks for me. I go and loose about 5-10 lbs then I stall for 2-3 weeks. And then I loose again and then stall again. I know these last 60 lbs I want to loose are going to be a fight tooth and nail.

I just saw my nut today along with my surgeons nurse. They were both VERY very happy with my labs. I had high b12 and high protein but they were not worried about that at all. Also I was told I need to up my calories because 500 is just too low, and I should be around 800. They asked me my regime for vitamins. I said.. well I drink protein shakes, I take 1 citracal complete chewable a day and I take 2, 1000 doses of Vit D3. I honestly thought that my vitamins would be all honkey.

But I asked if I should change my vitamins I take. She said no, for now I should continue as I am because I have actually gone up since my surgery. So i will continue with just the ones I have mentioned. As soon as I get a copy of my labs I wish to post them here so that those of you who have the knowledge can give me some pointers on if they were blowing smoke up my tailpipe or should I stick to their suggestions.

The difference is remarkable! You look amazing! You have a great mindset about the stalls which are so crazy making!

I try to have a good mindset. It gets pretty hard at times especially during those long stalls but I still see progress even if it is slow as molasses at times.

You are doing wonderful! Yes, the last pounds are hard with lots of stalls for most of us.

I'm glad that your labs look good, but sometimes our bodies have enough reserves to last for a while post-op. I would greatly advise you to take extra calcium and iron. Both often plummet a year or two in. Also for the multi, I was always told to take 2 a day because or bodies just don't absorb enough from 1.

Keep at it and congrats!

Keep up the good work!! As another former heavyweight, I would not go above 800-900 until you reach your goal. I went from 311 to 140 in 14 months by being extremely strict with my eating. I have to continue to fight tooth and nail 10 years later to stay at goal.

I would at least up your multivitamins to 2 a day. Right now your body is running off reserves. It will catch up to you.
