Lettuce wraps have been a common thing for quite a while now. Also, you can roll some lunchmeat and cheese up with a condiment of choice or around a pickle spear and I'll also call that a "sandwich" or "deli rollup" if I want to be fancy.

Sometimes I get fancy and spread some cream cheese (I like the garden veggie kind) on the meat before I roll it all up. Delicious!

Years out carbs create the cravings and out of control eating like the old days. Once out of your diet you drop the lbs again.. much easier.

I always say there is a place for certain carbs post RNY but at 3 weeks out why waste precious pouch space when getting all the protein in is difficult enough.

We lose so much weight and so quickly there's no way to not also lose muscle mass. Protein helps minimize that loss. And the more muscle you have the more calories you burn.

If tuna & cottage cheese is yummy... stick with it!

I love how many ways a cucumber can help me make a meal! skinny slice I can make eggroll or sandwich wraps, long thick it's my sandwich bread, in disks it holds my summer sausage, in sticks I pair with cheese sticks and wrap in deli meat. It's so nice to check these boards and see how much I have changed!

I was the one saying these people sound like a cult and now I believe sugar and carbs are my enemy!
