What's on your Tuesday menu RNY'ers?

Morning menu folks! No posts yet so I will start things out. I am off at a full run this morning. My third trainee starts in the office today and I will be very busy getting his computer set up, authorizations set, giving tours and much more. Lots of steps, I'm sure!

QOTD: How big is your family? How many brothers and sisters? steps? Did you grow up with your grandparents and extended family?

I am an only child by my mother and father, who divorced when I was very young. We ended up living near my mother's parents most of my growing up years and I miss them very much. My mother remarried when I was 17 and my step-father had two children, so 2 a step-brother and a step-sister. My father also remarried and had 2 boys, so I have 2 half-brothers, who I'm not close to. I'm an odd combination of an only child and a large family!

Menu:

B1: Isopure C&C protein shake w/ iced coffee

B2: scrambled egg

S: chomps, 5 almonds

L: chicken breast, salad

S: Buddigs beef packet, apple

D: I'd like to make steak

Exercise: Not sure but at least a short walk and a kickboxing DVD after work.

HW: 248+, SW (RNY: 2/28/17): 244, GW (10/17): 125; LW: 115; 45# regain (19-20); CW: 135.6; new goal: 135; Plastics: Ext mastopexy, Ext abdominoplasty-5/18/2018; diagnosed w/ gastroparesis 11/20.

hi all

quickie have a call here at 8- in office today, tomm and thurs this week. Things have been hectic but managed to work out yesterday, SUP yoga sunday (saw a bald eagle!!!) and saturday ran errands with my mom including a trip to costco which became my lunch lol with samples. also made food for this week so that was great for me. Didn't do my nails though so hopefully can do tonight :)

QOTD: I have 2 older sisters- My parents divorced when I was 16- and my dad remarried a lady with 3 sons. We were not the brady bunch.... So I am not close with them because we were all older when my dad remarried. not that they aren't good people just never got to know them.

Food for today- focusing on water/ coffee/ and not snacking

not sure on dinner- think it will be steak in fridge.

The bald eagles are magnificent birds, aren't they? There are many here in the island, but even so, I always feel a rush of magic when I spot one!

I have an identical twin and an older sister who passed away.

I ate artichokes,boiled egg,yogurt,bran,coffee,cream, and bologna. I hadn't had bologna in a long time. Good and salty.

I ate no sugar,walked my steps, and exceeded my fluid goals.

QOTD: I have one brother 3 years younger whom I mostly grew up with. Then when I was 11/12, my baby brother was born and also my 14 year old cousin came to live with us after his parents were killed in a car accident, so I gained a younger brother and an older "brother" all at once. Extended family, I was the only girl among all boy cousins on both sides.

Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 90, Calories - 1,430, Carbs - 149.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, donut, light & fit Greek yogurt

L: 160 calorie meal, light & fit Greek yogurt

D: chili, light & fit Greek yogurt

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, banana, light & fit Greek yogurt

E: walking dogs
