Hi you guys -
I am going to start a week of AMAW on Wednesday. I am pretty much always doing CAMAW, except I'm not, but only because I use cashew milk in my coffee and tea. I have yet to go hard core and do strict AMAW, but the time has come!
I am trying to get down to 142, or perhaps 137, or even 135, before transitioning into maintenance. I have been hovering just barely over the border of my first goal, to be under 150#, for over a week now. I may not be able to accomplish this, but I am going to try to power through these last pounds by Dec. 31, so that I can enter the New Year transitioning into maintenance. If not, not - I will keep on as long as it takes - but I am going to try.
Anyway, I just wanted to check with everyone to ensure I'll do AMAW correctly. Here are some questions:
Is it ok to squirt lemon or perhaps have a tiny bit of some low cal, low carb salad dressing with my salmon and shrimp?
Is it ok to put sweetener in tea?
Is it ok to use seasonings like dried chives or Mrs. Dash? How about a shake of Louisiana hot sauce?
Finally, would anyone else care to join me for a week or AMAW (or CAMAW)?
I will be CAMAW do keeping dairy but focusing on lower carb options (forgoing the L&F and any protein shakes!). I will do my measurements as well! This should be exciting!
