I think that is the best place to be....don't rush anything and truly enjoy the process.

I did survive! And thus far, AMAW Day 2 is going swimmingly! I always lose when I eat salmon a couple of times per day. It's so high in protein and so amazingly low in calories, plus it is one of those foods I get very full on very very quickly - if I eat more I get very uncomfortable, so I usually can't have more than around 2 ounces at a time. That keeps me full for a few hours! I don't love the taste all that much unless I do it up with lots of butter, etc., (which I have avoided doing), but it gives me a solid payoff on the scale. So a win win, diet-wise!
