morning everyone (its just barely morning still)...
again pre-occupied this morning and forgot to post til now!

QOTD: Being MO all of my adult life and most of my childhood, I can honestly say that this surgery has opened up possibilities I never thought I would see. I am enjoying every minute of a life now that was trapped inside of a sad shell for almost 40 years. I can't begin to explain how amazing that feels.

B: Coffee w/sf creamer (I brought yogurt too but forgot to eat it and its almost lunch now so I'll save it)
L: 4 oz leftover Mississippi Pot roast
S: string cheese
D: probably leftovers again...we have a few to go through!

Today's been a weird day for me. I can't seem to get myself focused on work at all. Wandering the building and talking to anyone I can to distract me from my work. I need to get it together.

Tomorrow I work from home, and I see my counselor which I really need.

I tried my air fryer for battered halibut and it cooked really fast, it was kind of like the real thing but not exactly. The fish was good though nice and moist. I'll have to keep experimenting, because I know I can't tolerate fried foods anymore.

Accountability was OK, 1061 calories, 99 protein, 8 fat, 63 carbs. I would have liked to stay under 1000 calories, but it's still not terrible.

QOTD: I no longer put off doing things until I'm thin. I spent too many years not doing things because I was obese and afraid that people would be judging me, especially if the last time they saw me I was thin.

Late post for me today. Up early and flew back to Chicago. I wish I could be involved in the AMAW/CAMAW but I'm still trying meats one by one. Next round I will definitely participate. Chicago got chilly while I was gone.

QOTD: My weight loss journey is very much beginning but I am starting to see the benefits: less medicines, smaller clothes, people noticing. Onward and Downward.

Breakfast: Omlette, sausage link

Snack: Yogurt and melon

Lunch: Shrimp

Snack:SF pudding

Dinner: Ham or more shrimp
