Hi Team! Ok, I lucked out with 2 days in a row of no staff call outs, so I find myself with extra time in the morning again! Woot! Thanks for all of your kind words yesterday. I am feeling just a little better this morning and SO EXCITED that tomorrow is the weekend. Two days of straight sleep ahead.... :)

QOTD: Do you have any pre-holiday traditions? My family has gone to the same Christmas concert every years since I was born, which happens the 2nd Friday of December. Grim and I are also creating some new December traditions together, which is fun. We did some things last year that we definitely want to do again this year.
Accountability: I am officially a CAMAW drop out, but I am not too mad at myself. I have been eating nuts and had a few chocolate drops (whoops!), but I am generally eating well and the addition of very dense protein back is really filling me up so that I am eating less. I'm generally feeling good about my choices. Oh and I was well enough for 20 minutes on the elliptical last night :)

qotd - I have a group of friends and every year we do a pre-holiday movie-dinner-cards against humanity day! It is my favorite annual event! This year we're mixing it up and doing an escape room instead of a movie but it will be the same fun time. We even have a trophy for the winner of "most horrible human" from the CAH portion. It's wildly coveted (I have yet to win so I've been working on my horribleness).
Photo friday - my lovely sister and I do Thanksgiving Sister photos every year. This is last year and this year. It makes the whole transformation that I started in August 17 through the surgery in Feb to now seem more real.
no coffee left in the hotel room and the cafe doesn't open until 630! So I had my first Click espresso protein shake -- good coffee taste!

e - yoga this morning plus im at 35 straight jacks/65 squats. (TMI note -- I might be able to go through the squats without putting on full workout gear but definitely NOT the jumping jacks!)
