I'll start this since no one else has. Lily and I are waiting a bit til it warms up some to do our 4 miles. We had a good walk yesterday and accountability was good. Weight today is 126.4. Yesterday ended up being stormy and several tornadoes touched down in nearby areas so we'lll be busy at the warehouse this week sending out and making cleanup kits. QOTD name one thing you've done after surgery you could never have imagined before. I have too many to list one so here we go:ziplining, speaking in public, and learning to use power tools. Heres the food for today B 1/2 c earnest eats maple breakfast cereal. Its a new purchase. It is a hot cereal with steel cut oats, protein powder, pumpkin seeds and no added sugar. Taste was ok but I'm not sure it was as filling as my steel cut oats. Jury is still out.L 3 slices deli turkey 1 slice cheese D 4 oz chicken cordon blu 3 bites brussel sprouts S string cheese if needed. Have a great day full of good choices everyone!

Good morning!! I'm getting ready to head out to walk the neighborhood and then see an early movie (finally seeing A Star Is Born).

I've been up for awhile, getting a lot of computer work done - like updating some accounts, balancing the checkbook, etc. Stuff I needed to get done but it's so boring.

QOTD - ziplining at my friends bachelorette party and climbing to the top of the mast on a cruise this year. Both things I would have found excuses to not do in the past!

I treated myself to an advent calendar tea selection so I'll get to try several new yummy teas; I'll be traveling all next week so they won't be on the specific days but it will still be fun.

Exercise - walk the neighborhood, kettle bell squats and jumping jacks. The squats are a lot harder with the darn kettle bell.

Menu

coffee with half and half X2 ; day 1 advent tea is Rose Pouchong (that smells like my grandmother's soap) and day 2 is an Assam black. I'll be trying both today.

B - 2 oz everroast chicken breast, 1 oz murray's cheddar (Au Contraire, I think this is the one you were raving about, in a green wrapper?)

L - TBD

D - 4 oz burger, 1 slice cheddar

Have a great and productive or relaxing sunday, depending on which you need.

Are you a Boars Head Ever Roast chicken deli meat convert yet?! I love it sliced so thinly it's almost shaved!

Yes!! I've been doing the deli turkey for breakfast a lot but the chicken will be replacing that. It's much jucier which is nice!

Hi Jen, I like Murray's Aged English Cheddar. I haven't seen it in a green wrapper, just clear. Perhaps they make different kinds. Do you like it?

Ahh, this was the Murray's Irish Cheddar. I was at the local Kroger variety (Frys) so I'll keep my eyes open for the English version. The green wrapped one is quite tasty but won't dethrone TJs unexpected cheddar as my favorite!

I've tried the Irish as well, and a similar Welsh version, but didn't find them to be as sharp and tasty as the English. I'll have to try TJ's!

I love the idea of an advent calendar tea selection!
