It's 7:23 on the east coast so I will get us started since I haven't seen anyone one else start us off.

Accountability: I did better with the candy dish yesterday. I told myself I could have one piece after I drank 4 water bottles. I only made it through three bottles (while at work) so I didn't have candy. Mind games.

QOTD: Would you rather have to loudly sing the chorus of "Jingle Bells" every time you walk into a room for a week OR have to wear a Santa suit every day for a week? I like singing. Singing is my favorite.

11 months out and the scale is 164! ggrrr

M1: PP chocolate shake with my vitamins (it's the only way I can get my vitamins down.)

M2: two soft boiled eggs

M3: chicken salad with some blackberries

M4: 1/2 apple and 1 ounce cheese

M5: Real Good/Real Food enchiladas

My goal is to get in 100 ounces of water today.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

My goal is to stay away from the candy and cookies at break and to get in 100 ounces of fluids too. I made it yesterday and hopefully today will be good too. Weight today is 126.2. QOTD totally singing. I drive hubby crazy singing every verse of every Christmas song on the radio. I love to sing so that would be fun to me! Lily and I will get our walk today after work and before supper and have already done a mile around the circle drive. Heres today's food B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L staff lunch at work and I ordered a southwest chicken wrap so I'll eat the guts of that D seafood stuffed red pepper--sounds yummy and I can't wait S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Have a great day full of amazing choices everyone! Now I'm off to find some coffee!

Mornin'!

I keep forgetting to look for those Real Good enchiladas when I'm at the store - I really want to try these!

I'm going to a new yoga class later this morning. The instructor is the one who's leading the yoga retreat my friend is going to in October (in India). She wants me to go along, but I'm going back & forth. Figured I'd at least go to a couple of this woman's classes to see if I even like her style. Five hours of yoga a day is a lot - if i don't like the style, that could be hugely problematic (not the only thing about this trip that I'm going back & forth about, but that's one of the major ones). Otherwise, not much on tap for today. I need to finish Christmas cards (the very few I send these days) and run a couple of errands, but that's it.

QOTD: Ugh. Neither of those!

3.5 years out:

B: homemade Greek yogurt with homemade blackberry/blueberry sauce

MS: coffee with half & half, protein chocolate latte shake

L: homemade cottage cheese (or the rest of the Emiepie egg salad with 4 whole grain crackers)

AS: crustless protein pumpkin pie - or some protein pudding

D: Thai stir-fry (chicken and veggies only)

ex: yoga

Good morning! Happy Thursday, I am off tomorrow so this is my last day of the week.

My presentation yesterday to my 6100 closest coworkers went well. And by well I mean the TelePrompTer died, the AV blew out so much that we couldn't read slides so pretty much everyone just winged it. I was told later that the panic didn't show so that's all that matters! And our president said to improve the AV in the office so that's a win win for everyone!!

QOTD - sing! I'm not a good singer but I make up for it with enthusiasm!

ive had a bit of coffee and I'll have more, and some tea.

b - plain fage with a spoonful of eggnog protein powder

l - 3 oz deli roast beef, 1 oz cheddar

d - premier protein hot chocolAte

6100, wow! I had about 900 in November and was shocked at how many that was.

It was only about 200 in the room with me; the rest were out on the video cameras which makes it much easier!
