I had my 2nd migraine of my life yesterday. I feel so sorry for those that suffer frequently.

I go in and out of liking foods. Cottage cheese is always on the no list.

I didn't eat anything yesterday. I did make the fluids.

I still feel a little wonky today. I have no idea what food will work.

Hi everyone,

I hope you are able to find some migraine relief! Just sounds awful. I'm trying to make time for myself and get here more often and I hope it works. I love reading but rarely have a minute to sit and write.

QOTD: eggs! Not a fan of eggs but I wish I were. I will eat them when out for breakfast but otherwise I'd really rather not.

B: coffee with premier protein shake

L: ham and chicken breast with mustard

S: prosciutto and Alyssa's healthy oatmeal bites

Morning everyone. So sorry to hear that the ER visit didnt leave you pain free, Daisy. Hoping you get some relief soon. I haven't posted for a while but had a very busy end of year. Some of you may know that I fell while running the weekend before Thanksgiving. I ended up with a broken nose, a chipped bone in my chin and an issue with a tendon in my left hand. The orthopedic surgeon had a cancellation on December 27, so I grabbed it. I've been trying to rehab my hand while not missing any work and not obsessing about the workouts I'm missing. I'm not doing a very good job. So, I thought one thing that may help was to start consistently posting again. So, here I am.

DQOTD - Good question. There really isn't much I see that I won't eat. I never really loved the PP drinks, as I prefer the Quest flavors, but that's about it.

My plan:

B/L: a concoction with ground turkey, cauliflower rice and egg whites

D: Ribeye steak and asparagus

S: light and fit and peanut butter

E: I'm going to try to spin again. I think it will be ok as long as I don't put pressure directly on the incision.
