let us know how those poppers are. I had a RealGood chicken enchilada last night for dinner (I was so excited to see them in the freezer case at the store after reading about them here!). It was pretty good for what it is (low cal - low carb). Curious to try some of their other products.

I thought the poppers were absolutely gross. In fact, after the first bite I tossed them. I had a protein bar instead. I did like the enchiladas and the pizza.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

Good morning Daisy and menu folks. Sorry you are still dealing with migraine issues Daisy. Snow this morning, it was light and fluffy, was able to get the drive shoveled prior to coming to work. Pre WLS I would have used the snow blower. Amazing!!! Tomorrow we leave for Buffalo , looks like our travel lane is clear and it will be warmer in Buffalo this weekend than at home about a 20 degree difference so am happy about that! We are going for our yearly Buffalo Sabres game.

QOTD - I am not able to think of anything other than su****hat I am not a fan of....there is not much I do not like or will not try.

B - Scrambled eggs and sausage

ms- ham roll with chive and onion cream cheese

L - Meatballs with no sugar added sauce and cheese - this is the last of them, they are good but I am tired of them...LOL

I was watching an informercial for the air fryer this morning....they were making meatballs in it! I would think that gets really messy with all the dripping...do you find the air fryer messy or is it pretty self contained?

We have had it a year and I bet have only used it a half a dozen times. One thing that helps with cleanup is to spray it with Pam. I would think Meatballs would be a mess...LOL

I just bought a small air fryer. Made some frozen broccoli nuggets in it that I am sure would not have tasted nearly as good.

Did make wings in it- they didn't come out browner than my convection oven, but I think juicier, but grate was a b*^#h to clean.

So on Amazon they have parchment paper liners for airfryers with holes in them for air circulation. It wa like $5 for 100. I would not use them for everything but wings, yes.

I love my air fryer! I have used it a bunch of times since I got it at Christmas. I have made homemade fries for Kris and the kids (they loved them) and I make my own wings in them every couple of days. It's not hard to clean up. The oil drips down into the larger container through the holes in the smaller container. It's all self-contained. The wings come out so crispy and delicious - you just have to shake them periodically. I had them last night as a matter of fact :)

I love my air fryer! It is self contained...any drippings fall into the container that the basket sits in. Both are nonstick and very easily cleaned with soap and water. It does not heat up the kitchen like stove top or oven cooking does.
