I haven't tried freezing it and periodically I have to throw some away too :( I figure it has about a five day shelf life. So today I bought 1.5 lbs since I will weigh out 4 oz for the next 5 days. That's how I know how much to buy.
By the way, while the poor deli woman (who was SO nice) was shaving my 1.5 lbs thin, I told her how much I love this chicken. She said she has a customer who loves it but always forgets the name and simply asks for "the Boars Head chicken that tastes like chicken soup" lol.
She also gave me a sample of the Boar's Head Buffalo chicken breast and it was so tasty! A little spicy but the same delicious moist chicken. Next time I may get half and half!
I hate when people can't respect your boundaries. I have a friend that always pushing them. I told her not to call and come before 10 am but today she did so it puts me in a bad mood. I told her if she comes again, I'm taking her key away and I won't be answering my phone till 10 am. I just needed to vent.
Accountability snack wasn't ideal yesterday, graham crackers but I had some since I felt hungry. At dinner, I just ate meatloaf but a large portion. Bedtime I had a protein bar.
Qotd 1 sushi doesn't sound good to me even though I haven't tried it. Also don't like crab.
Qotd 2 I despise hats so I usually don't wear one but I will put the hood of my coat up if it is really cold especially it's windy. I have a black coat and I have different colors of gloves that match it. I got a pair of purple ones from my secret Santa at work that I need to check out.

Good morning - I'm late getting on here, but it's important to me, so here I am! Yesterday we had a very interesting training that we were debating here this morning - creating a more positive workplace. My staff and I were all thrilled with the training except we had one naysayer that HATED it - it truly only takes one, huh? Anyway I got so much out if it and I'm actually feeling good. I usually dread these but this guy was really funny and fun and it just spoke to me. I can't stop thinking about how powerful it was for me and since it aligns with several resolutions I've made for 2019, the timing was perfect.
QOTD - I can't think of anything other than cooked salmon, it makes me literally shudder! It's incredible raw though and one of my go-to's at sushi.
Accountability - I had some turkey chili from a health food store for lunch yesterday - it tasted exactly like my moms It was wonderful! Making some this weekend!
