Hi Menu Makers, how are you all? I am good! Hubby and I went out Saturday night for an impromptu steak dinner (hello Filet Mignon!) and we had an amazing hike with the dogs at our local Provincial Park. It was a great weekend.
Accountability: great! I was so busy all weekend that I didn't go off plan.
QOTD: What are you top 3 extra apps you have downloaded to your phone that you love? For me its #1: Fitbit, #2: Facebook & Instagram (because I have so many family & friends who live so far way form me this is how I can keep in contact with them, see how their lives are, how their kids are etc. #3: Netfix, I watch a ton of movies while I ride to and from work on the subway system, it makes the time go by so fast!

Good Morning Daisy and OHers,
This weekend went by quickly! Friday we had an early dismissal from school because it was snowing and today it is supposed to be near 50 degrees! Today is my mom's 75th birthday so yesterday we cooked and took dinner to my family in NJ. (Only about an hour away) It was a good day but I ate too much. I even had a small piece of ice cream cake! I feel bloated and my gut just feels off so back at it with protein and lots of water.

QOTD: The apps I use the most are #1 MFP - I love being able to scan my food and not have to search for it. #2 Fitbit because I can link it to our wellness challenges at work. #3 Instagram and FB, although I really need to give up FB, I spend too much time there.
TSS: 1 year and 1-month weight 159 pounds.
B: coffee and cream and then PP chocolate shake with my vitamins

quickie for me today
I spent the ENTIRE weekend SICK!! Cold and head hurting really bad. and apparently the tylenol cold really deydrated me so i stopped it yesterday and have been pushing fluids yesterday. have not been to gym in a week because I have felt so horrible.

Good morning Daisy and menu folks. Great weekend , I have to start prep this evening for my big 5-0 Scope, I expect the scale to move in a downward spiral again this week....LOL
Accountability was good, I went to NHL game in Montreal yesterday, my tickets included all you can eat from concessions. I ate the meat from a smoked meat sandwich and had a hot dog minus bun and drank water....was a good day. Low carb for the super bowl get together as well.
QOTD - The apps I use are FB friends with many of you on here, MFP and I also like Carb Manager. I listen to alot of music on the pandora app as well.
