World Class Fitness in 100 Words: Eat meats and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, Clean, Squat, Presses, Clean & Jerk, and Snatch, Similarly master the basics of gymnastics: Pull-ups, Dips, Rope Climb, Push-ups, Sit-ups, Presses to Handstands, Pirouettes, Flips, Splits and Holds. Bike, Run, Swim, Row, etc. hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
I am glad it is Friday as DD arrives for a week in two days. The weather here continues to be gorgeous. They just showed the US weather map and somehow Florida is going to stay outside of the cold temperatures across most of the country.
DH enjoyed the daycare yesterday! He was there from 11-4:30. He danced, played games, talked with folks, etc. When I picked him up he said he would like to go back. Yeah! After DD leaves, I think I'll try to bring him 1-2 days a week probably for about the same amount of time. There is a 4 hour a day minimum and lunch is included so that window is good for ensuring that he is up, dressed and ready.
QOTD: I don't officially suffer from SAD, but I feel super depressed if I don't get enough sunlight. I have to have a light, bright environment and do best when I can get outside in the sun for a good period of time daily.

I'm so glad your DH enjoyed himself - great news! I tried that with my mom exactly once - she was anxious and upset by being there, so I never took her back. Plus it irritated me that the seniors were given a lunch of hot dogs and chips, while the women who worked with them sat at the same table with their charges, having better and more elaborate lunches they'd brought from home. That just hit a sour note for me. But if my mom had enjoyed herself, I would probably have taken her now and then.
