Chris, when my NUT was insisting on more carbs I asked her to be more specific because in my head it was bread, rice and pasta. But she meant more veggies and fruit, hence good carbs. Even beans. I'm not fully in maintenance yet so I haven't added any of those but once I'm happy with my weight I'd like to add more veggies and fruit to my diet.

Thank you Sheila. My NUT said the same thing. Since I have been on such a long stall she thought introducing some healthy carbs and increase my caloric intake and I have. I figured I had nothing to lose(except hopefully some weight) and I wouldn't know unless I tried. So far my wight still hasn't budged.

Do you take vitamin patches? How and where can I get them I am having a hard time 20 pounds regain milk makes me feel bloated.I am a stress eater omg I need help maybe your meal plan can help.
