Morning all! Sorry about the sick family, Daisy, and hoping that everyone mends quickly!
QOTD: No old movies lately, but Daisy, if you love Mary Poppins you need to watch "Savings Mr. Banks" which is about P. L. Travers who wrote Mary Poppins and played by Emma Thompson. Also stars Tom Hanks as Walt Disney. Based on the actual taped conversations while they were making Mary Poppins! You'll love it!
Beautiful day yesterday with sunshine and blue sky. The wind was pretty chilly but I got out at lunch and did a 3.2 mile run. Glad to have my hat, gloves and fleece jacket for the wind but really lovely! DW also went for a short gentle walk with me again last evening! I'm not holding my breath but it is great to just have her willing to go out of the house.
B: egg, ham
L: ? out for lunch with a friend

Good morning, everybody. Daisy, I'm sorry that you and your pups are feeling under the weather today. It's so dark and rainy this morning that I keep looking at the clock to make sure that I didn't accidentally get up at 3:00 AM.
We went to Home Depot yesterday and got a new toilet for our kids bathroom, and that might be my new answer to the "what can you no longer lift" question. We got it inside, but I am not bringing it up the stairs until we have the boys to help me.
QOTD: We watched the African Queen a couple of years ago but I can't think of anything real recent. My daughter watched the original Terminator movie and her only question was "what is wrong with everybody's hair?"
Snack: Protein Bar
Snack: Light and fit
Dinner: TBD Mahi burgers in the freezer if family is having something not good for me
Have a great day all.

Sorry about your migraine and the pups! No fun taking care of others when you are feeling bad yourself. Hopefully, you all feel better fast!
it was 62 when I left the office yesterday, so far no snow only rain, but they closed the schools for today and a lot of offices (and my Pilates gym) are closing mid day before things get too bad. We'll see how it goes!
QOTD - I think the oldest movie I've re watched lately was The Prestige with Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale - one of my favorites.
My 8 burpees are done, I will likely have some wet snow shoveling to do later today and I'm going to do one of the workout classes on prime tonight since Pilates has been cancelled.

Oh Daisy...a migraine AND sick fur babies? Ugh, that sounds awful. I don't know how you do it. And you will hit the gym with a migraine? My god, you are a beast!
Your buffalo chicken pizza made me switch my menu today :)
QOTD: I am not a real movie watcher. I do love to watch Love Actually every year. I guess that's not a classic just yet, but I love it! Funny side note - Kris got back into watching Quantum Leap (don't ask) and the kids (age 9 and 13) LOVE it. Every weekend they beg, "Dad, can we watch Kuwantum Leap?" (that's how they pronounce it!). They eat popcorn and watch an episode. It looks SO outdated but they all love it!
That's a good tip, to give ourselves a compliment today.
Time since surgery: 5 years, 3 months
B: Coffee with half and half and caramel pecan sugar-free syrup, 3 oz boars head ever roast (the last of the bag! EEK!), 1.5 oz goat cheese
L: my tuna concoction (canned tuna, diced red onion, crumbled feta, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, green olives, lots of crushed red pepper, a smidge of olive oil, salt and pepper)
D: Kris is grilling himself some salmon and I am having air fryer wings with buffalo sauce - thanks, Daisy!
E: Cardio kickboxing! I love this class. The instructor literally leaps off the floor for an entire hour - I have never seen such energy!
Have a fab day, and feel better, Daisy!
OMG I loved Quantum leap! LOL...now I am going to have to look for it so I can see if it's still good...is it on Netflix?

OMG this is the source of a frequent argument! Some of them are free, he DVRs them on some channel. OTHERS, he just charges $2.99 on our shared amazon prime account (it's available on prime video). To which I say - we have a $275 monthly cable/internet bill (to be fair, we work from home and need uber fast internet) and you can't find ANYTHING free to watch???? GRRRR. You can see this is a sore spot! LOL
I feel like crap this morning. I have another cold hopefully it doesn't turn into a sinus infection again. I have things I need to do before work and work is an hour earlier than normal today. All I want to do is go back to bed.
yesterday my friend took me out for lunch, had chicken tenders.
Qotd the last old movie I watched was It's a wonderful life. I don'****ch too many movies.
