As I type this Max is sleeping on my lap. He is such a good puppy and we are in love. He is super protective of me already. This weekend was jam-packed of getting yard work/gardening started. We also spent a large amount of time playing and showing Max the ropes. His first night he slept in between up on his back with his feet straight up in the air! I hate leaving him today to go to work but I have too and he has to get used to our weekday routine.

TSS: 1 year and 2 months/ weight 161 pounds

B: PP chocolate shake and hard boiled egg

S: grapefruit or mini peppers stuffed with a laughing cow cheese wedge

L: corn beef with carrots (Would you believe I was distracted enough I forgot the cabbage?)

S: grapefruit or mini peppers stuffed with a laughing cow cheese wedge

D: leftovers for sure - meatballs, meatloaf or more corn beef with a salad

Lots of water and decaf hot tea

It's so easy to get 10,000 steps with Max on Saturday I got 21,000 steps!

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

Morning Beth and all! You were obviously typing as I was but I deleted mine. SOOO happy that Max is settling in and hopeful that he does okay today alone. Please post pics of the inverted Max!

I had a nice weekend but didn't get in as much studying as I'd hoped...argh! I want to get the exam done so I have to keep pushing. I made stout cupcakes for St. P's Day and they turned out yummy. The problem is that I'm not talented with piping buttercream frosting and they are really ugly. I'll have to advise my "victims" to eat them with their eyes closed.

Accountability: I made myself a mini cupcake without icing. Yum!

Menu:

B: coffee, ham, plain oatmeal w/ berries

S: turkey breast

L: tj's chicken sausages, baby carrots

S: Chomps, apple, protein shake

D: not sure

E: walk with DW

hi all

i didn't eat well at all last night. there were many wheat crackers involved. and some M&M's, it wasn't good. This always happens when i can't sleep. i was having dreams about my job which is ending in 2 weeks.

today will be a better day

I'm only working 1/2 day, then will go to the town for NUT appt and then bariatric yoga class, then support group. I'm feeling a bit defeated on it. and i think i will go the the gym for the actual workout beforehand.

I did go through tons of pants yesterday and have a LOT to sell on mecari and poshmark size 2-4 and some small 6's so if anyone needs something hit me up I probably have it.

bell did great in puppy training yesterday and our petsmart had 80% off some food that was normally $60 o that was awesome!

saturday i went to the gym and lifted weights.

food for today

water

coffee

water

more coffee

protein pancakes

Good morning, everybody. Congratulations on your new pup, Beth. When I see all of these dog pictures, I am always tempted, but the boarding/travel is just too hard and we don't have any family around our area to watch a dog while we are away.

I'm driving into work today because I have a hockey game tonight. Only four more games left after tonight. Most likely the Blackhawks will not make the playoffs although they are playing well and there is an outside chance that they will qualify. Oh well, there is always next year.

13 Burpees.

Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese

Snack: Protein Bar

Lunch: Chicken

Snack: Light and Fit

Dinner: Sausage

Have a great day, all.
