And Trader Joe's b12 sublingual is cheap and has kept my level up for 10 years.

good morning everyone!

I got my video camera last weekend but I hadn't even taken it out of the box until last night to mess with it. I've had some serious PMS the last 2 days so I got it set up but got too frustrated trying to figure out how to sync it with the app through wifi and gave up. I will mess with it again maybe tomorrow evening and see if DH can help me figure it out.

Speaking of PMS, I was terrible last night. ALL I wanted was chocolate, and DH always keeps a bag of Russell Stovers sugar free chocolates in the cabinet. I don't usually indulge in them, maybe one per week but last night I ate 7 of them!!!! Yes, I know they can cause some serious gastrointestinal distress but I honestly didn't even care. They were so good I could not stop...and that's really the first time since surgery I've had a binge episode like that. I didn't end up even getting a little bit of a stomach ache which I kind of wish I had in order to deter me from ever doing it again. I really think for some reason this month my PMS is just making me extra emotional. I can tell I am not my usual happy self. ugh.

QOTD: I buy a multivitamin in bulk at walmart...I am pretty sure its the great value brand but comparable to centrum? it contains 100% RDA of pretty much everything, and we take those 2 times a day, along with a chewable NutriPure 18mg Carbonyl Iron/30mg vitC I buy on Amazon, 180 count for $22 (also twice a day). Vit D and Biotin once a day and a sublingual B12 once a week. Calcium citrate tablets I get on Amazon too- 2 of those twice daily. we used to do the chewables but it was just too expensive. so far, both DH and I have had good labs and per the surgeon, will continue to check them all yearly.

Trying to make up for my crazy chocolate episode last night and stick to plan with no extra treats!

Morning: Coffee w/ 1/3 caramel PP
B: slice of low carb banana bread, 1 Kiwi
L: last of the chicken Korma w/cauliflower rice
AS: HB egg
D: more leftovers likely--probably spaghetti squash and meatballs
ES: shooting for ONLY tea tonight to make up for last night!

QOTD- Centrum Silver AM & PM, Citracal + Magnesium AM & PM, Fusion Lifestyle 45mg Iron fumarate chew daily, D2 50,000 IU weekly, Vitamin B12 3 days a week. I use Mango Health for reminders or I could never remember to take these all and separate the calcium and iron by 2 hours. I've got orders for my blood draw so I'll let you know how the levels are when I get them.

Accountability was awful yesterday.

Happy Friday Eve everyone!

Good morning everyone~ It's Thursday and I can almost see the weekend! My sister who is throwing the Easter gathering is sick and has cancelled the party. She's had back to back ear and sinus infections and this bad allergy season isn't helping things, poor thing. I think I'll bake a ham for us which will be good for leftovers too. Other than that, a hike, some home office stuff, gardening, more painting is on the agenda.

QOTD - I am good about taking my vitamins daily. I currently take Centrum woman+50 multix2, Citrical max 500+D x2, trader joes b12 1000 sublingual 3x a week, Bariatric fusion iron+c chew daily. I also take magnisium for other reasons. My labs are good, really pleased my ferritin levels - they have gone up each draw from pre surgery levels and as long as that trend continues I won't switch to an regular oral iron or patch. If it ain't broke...

Accountability - great

2 years 4 mo

b- coffee x 5, 2 HB eggs

l-turkey meatballs w/SF teriyaki sauce

d-eggbeaters+ Canadian bacon

snack - beef jerky

v/l - on track

Hey Strangers! Long time no see! LOL

I started thinking about this board, and how far I've strayed from it (for lots of reasons, lastly being I got a nice promotion at work and I'm usually working my tail off from the time I get here until I leave), and I decided to jump on today and say hi!

QOTD: I use the Bariactiv vitamins that come to me in the mail, they have a Multi, Calcium, Iron and a nasal B12 that you use weekly. I'm almost due for my blood draws, so we'll hope everything is still good. It'll be 3 years in May and I can't believe how quickly the time has passed!

B: Today was 4 ounces of grilled chicken breast

L: I didn't bring anything, so I'll either munch on beef jerky or grab something when I'm out. (if I grab something it'll likely be lettuce wraps from Pei Wei and I get 3 meals out of that.

D: Again, open. I cooked up a bunch of bacon (that I left home this morning), so I might do a couple of pieces and a scrambled egg.

I think I'll post an update on the page in a separate post... so much to say!

Make great choices folks and have a great Easter Weekend!
