Every time I see trail mix in your posts it reminds me of me eating them thinking they are calorie free just because they are healthy. Keep in mind a lot of foods were new to me when I was "fresh off the boat"! For some reason after DS was born and I was still breast feeding I bought a bag of trail mix, the one with dried fruit in it, from Costco. Holy moly, I had never had anything like that and I was eating it like it was going out of style. Needless to say after I gave birth I put on another 10-15 lbs just because of the darn trail mix. I can't have them at home because one bag is one serving for me.
