QOTD: I took 3 years of Latin in HS, helped so mu*****ollege for nursing. In later years I found that I could understand a word here or there, in French and Spanish. Enough to get the gist of the conversation. HA, HA! Shocked the crap out of them when they realized I knew what they were talking about!!

morning everyone!
I am finally feeling mostly recovered from my leg muscle pain, just a little sitff and sore kind of all over because I'm still doing the PIYO every day...yesterday was upper body so arms and chest and abs are a bit sore but nothing compared to the leg pain from earlier in the week!
QOTD: I speak no languages other than English. I know a tiny bit of sign language (mainly just the alphabet and a few signs I learned to teach Story as an infant), but nothing else. I never took any foreign language classes at all...they weren't required when I was in school, and I spent all my extra credit hours taking more art classes.
Morning: 2 large thermos' of coffee w/ 1/4 PP and 2tbsp sf hazelnut creamer
B: 1/2C cottage cheese w/2oz ham diced up and 1 kiwi
L: Cheesy cauliflower & ham
AS: small honeycrisp apple
D: turkey italian sausage w/kale & sweet potatoes

QOTD: Wondering how many languages you speak, including readings, speaking or took a class in school? I took Spanish in Jr & High School and when I lived in SoCa I knew enough to get my orders right at the really good Mexican restaurants. Since moving to MO my Spanish has slid quite a bit...
