Good morning menu friends! No walk for Lily and I this morning as thunder has started and rain is sure to follow and she is in her safe space--the shower. We did get 3 good walks in yesterday and will fit inwhat we can today. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 123.6 today. Fluids were low yesterday so that's the goal for today--at least 100 ounces. Here's the food for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L undetermined protein as camp is feeding us today Dseafood stuffed portobello 1/4 c green beans S if needed pork rinds. Not enough coffee for QOTD so feel free to add. Have a great day full of good healthy choices,my friends!

Mornin' All!

I have training most of the day today for my new (volunteer) job. Plus it'll be warm and sunny (storms coming again tomorrow, though), so this should be a great day!!

Up two lbs this morning. But then I had deli turkey, SF pudding, and sushi yesterday - all loaded with salt. I'll be drinking a lot of fluids today - should be gone in a day or two (hopefully!!).

3 years 11 months out:

B: homemade Greek yogurt with homemade blueberry/blackberry sauce, coffee with half & half

MS: protein shake

L: 3 oz deli turkey with tomato slices and reduced fat mayo on a Flat Out FoldIt

AS: I'll be in training (thankfully - no way to graze!), but I'll have a protein bar with me if needed

D: we have leftover sushi, but I'm hesitant to load up on salt again. Maybe whipped & sweetened cottage cheese with raspberries (homemade - so very little salt)

ES: if needed, light yogurt - or raw veggies with ranch dip (made with plain Greek yogurt)

have a great day, everyone!

Good morning, everybody. I'm quite excited because I am going to meet Partly Pollyanna today. Her travels took her to Chicago and we are going to have tea this afternoon.

I had originally planned for lunch and thought I made a solid choice. In fact, I'm pretty sure that I peaked. But Jen had a midday meeting so we needed to switch up our schedule. There is no doubt that if Jen was choosing the coffee spot, that she would have found this incredibly clever bistro where trained llamas serve coffee brewed in Tibet by Bhuddist monks. But I don't have that sort of creative game. So its Starbucks or the Four Seasons lobby if I am choosing. Also, there may be scones.

Despite my basic nature, I hope that I made a good choice and look forward to our meeting.

79 Burpees. Three weeks to go.

Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese

Snack: Protein bar

Lunch: Pork

Tea: Scone

Dinner: Chicken

Have a great day, all.

Good morning all!

last night DH and I went to a local bar and watched an amateur "pro" wrestling group--think like WWE, costumes, music, SUPER campy and fake. It was a blast. I don't really care for wrestling, never have, but two of my long-time friends from high school participate. It's pretty fun watching my mild-mannered family-man type friends turn into screaming, booty-short-wearing heathens :P

I've been struggling with allergies and migraines. I'm allergic to mold and other things that grow when it WONT STOP RAINING. Plus we had all of that flooding, which probably isn't helping. I'm taking Sudafed during the day and Zyrtec at night, and using a hot rice bag on the back of my neck for migraines.

Breakfast: coffee, scrambled egg with a sprinkle of cheddar

lunch: I didn't look at todays menu. Yesterday was Cajun shrimp. Salad bar if the protein isn't great today.

Snack: two hard boiled eggs with sriracha

dinner: turkey burger patty, salad with spinach from the garden
