You are not sabotaging your diet with them.

If you can limit yourself to one, then they shouldn't be too much of a problem, though the carbs are a bit high to make them a regular thing. If you find yourself eating too many of them, though, it may be best to keep them out of the house.

Yes I'm thinking 1 a week as a treat the fat and protein and sugar looked good standing in the store but now I got them home I see sugar alcohols and saturated fat things I try to avoid all together. Darn it they do taste good. What does everyone else use brand wise for a Icy treat? I've seen yazu bars made of yogurt but they had more sugar than these chilly cows.

Sometimes I freeze my Greek yogurt and then let it thaw/soften a little bit.

I make pudding pops by putting SF chocolate pudding made with skim milk into a popsicle mold!

I've made this as pudding but now I have to try to freeze it. I did it once with sf banana pudding and banana PP...it set up ok but not super firm, I wonde how it would freeze. I feel a testing coming on the next weekend I am free

I do that but add some protein powder to it as well (and usually use unsweetened almond or cashew milk). It does add to the calorie count, but then again, it also adds some protein. They're great!

My body does not handle sugar alcohol well. A small amount gives me cramps and diarrhea. I purchased a ice cream maker with self refrigeration and made my protein shakes into ice cream every day. The machine I used took about 20 minutes to turn a protein shake into soft serve ice cream and it was a lot.

I had protein ice cream every day for years.
