Good morning everyone! It has been so hot here and since heat rises, having the bedrooms upstairs sure does suck! We were so miserable sleeping the other night. I remembered yesterday that we have AC! But we couldn't get it to work BOO so we were miserable again last night. The heat is supposed to break tomorrow so we will survive. Good news though I am swimming today for the first time in many, many months and I can't wait.

QOTD - It used to be fresh corn on the cob, tomatoes and fruit. Now it's more BBQ - I loved smoked meat and the leftovers are awesome

Accountability - I had some almonds last night,so today I am planning for them

2 years 6 month out - struggling with regain

b- coffee x 3 w/hh and splenda, L&F greek yogurt

l- albacore tuna, 1 cup salad mix, mayo and balsamic dressing

d- eggbeaters and salsa

s - almonds

e- lap swim, only 30 minutes cuz its been a while

Have a good day!

morning everyone,

Quick post today as I need to leave early for a doctor's appt so I have to get everything done at work before I leave.

QOTD: I love fresh summer fruits--especially nectarines and peaches and those huge juicy strawberries! I also really love this summer chicken salad my mom always made and I just made it on Sunday!- it's chicken, grapes, tart apple, craisins, walnuts and mayo/lemon juice. it's SOOO GOOD.

B: summer chicken grape and apple salad
L: leftover cajun cod & shrimp w/quinoa & kale
S: Robert Irvine fit crunch bar
D: turkey taco salad
