I'm sorry you're not feeling well but LOVE that you posted! Can't wait to have you back. I saw those at Costco and couldn't grab it since we weren't going straight home but will definitely get some next time.

Good morning, all! And so it ends. I wanted to finish strong, so I did this triplet:

1.5 mile run

150 Burpees

1.5 mile run

It took 62 minutes exactly. I will post a full debrief next week.

Also, last night, I finally figured out how to accept friend requests, so if you've been thinking "that *******'s been snubbing me for months" please do know that it was only my technological limitations.

Kelly, you are so right about those bars.

I am about to be trapped into a series of phone calls, so I may have to mute my phone, turn the volume way up and listen to one call in the shower.

QOTD: I grew up outside of Boston but have lived in Chicago for 21 years, so its Patriots, Red Sox and Black Hawks.

Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese

Snack: Light and Fit

Lunch: Pork

Snack: Leftover Cobb salad from Tuesday if it seems OK

Dinner: Sausage

Have a great day, all.

I was thinking just that when I read about your fruitless trip today. Were you actually in the city or were you in the suburbs? I thought you said Evanston, maybe?
