Whats on your Monday menu RNYers?

on 6/17/19 2:23 am - Brighton, IL

Good morning menu friends! Ready to start our last 4 days here at Bashor Children's Home and we'll be doing more painting this week too. Apparently troubled kids leave lots of graffiti on walls! It's keeping us busy though so that's good. Then we go home for 2 days to restock and head to Chatham to the distribution center to work for 5 weeks. Lily and I will head out for a walk in a few minutes and will do two more walks later. Accountability yesterday was spot on food and stepwise and weight is 122.8 today. Heres the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L tuna pak with relish D 4 oz smoked sausage with mustard S if needed hummus and 4 pretzels. Need to get in at least 100 ounces fluids like I did yesterday. No QOTD so feel free to add one. Have a great day full of smart and conscious choices everyone! Coffee time!!

Morning RNY'ers!! Second to last day in paradise for us. I've loved this vacation because it's been filled with activity. We didn't rent a a car so we've walked most of where we went, we also did a lonnnng bike ride, UTV'ed, sailed and today we hope to kayak/paddledboard. We also had some drama since our hotel caught fire- it's shut down and we've been moved to a much nicer one :-). 90% of our stuff is in the other hotel- they would only let us back in for one nights needs. I don't see how they'll be ready to open today (no power as of last night and it smelled awful, it was an electrical fire).

I've kept up my exercise and tracking food- but have had a few more allowances than I would normally have. I'm gonna see if this hotel gym has a scale- I'm a bit nervous about that- but will be happy to maintain.

Fly home overnight tomorrow and back to the grind on Thursday. Have a good week peeps!
