Hey everyone! It's PHOTO FRIDAY! Let's see your beautiful faces this week.
Hope you all had a nice holiday. Mine was great--the fireworks and fair did not disappoint!
These are some pics of the fun we've had so far this summer! I think I crammed more fun into the last few weeks than I had all year :)

QOTD: Do you collect anything? Grim has a pretty intense collection of books about woodworking. I was looking at some of the titles on our bookshelves last night and laughing. Would you believe we have Volumes 1 AND 2 of "Wooden Planes in 19th Century America"?.

Good morning JB and menu friends! Lily and I weren't very enthusiastic but we took our long walk anyway. Some days that's just the way it is! We'll do at least 2more at some point today. Accountability was perfect yesterday both food and stepwise and weight is 122.4. Did great on liquids too with over 100 ounces. Hope to have another good day today. QOTD yarn for baby sweaters for the distribution center. Hubby is always complaining about it but is an enabler because it rolls it all into neat tidy balls for me! Here's the food for today B 2/3c earnest eats hot cereal L 4oz chicken salad D 4 oz ground beef burger with cheese and no bun S probably none. Have a wonderful day full of healthy choices everyone--even when you don't want to!
Good morning, everybody! Quick post for me, I have to run out to the gym and then get ready to go to a wedding in upstate New York. The actual wedding took place over Memorial Day, so its more of a celebration. It's also a second marriage for both, so there are some kind of messy issues.
Since today is a travel day, and tonight I will be at polo, my meals are kind of up in the air.
Whitten went pretty well. My time was 58;43 which was under my goal of one hour. I used the 56 pound kettlebell because 70 is still to heavy for me to do a lot of swings safely.
QOTD: Nothing that really rises to the level of a collection. I haven't cancelled my wine clubs even though i'm not drinking, so those are piling up. I love watches and paintings as well.
Breakfast: Bratwurst and cottage cheese
Snack: Protein bar
Have a great day, all.

I used to be in a wine club! I've taken several wine classes, too - can't do any of that anymore. I canceled my wine club subscription before surgery - so 4 or 5 years ago, and I *still* have some bottles left (because DH doesn't drink - and I can't..). At this point, the only thing they're good for is cooking, so it's slow going...
