I wish I was a size 6 - if your signature is still accurate (150 lbs), we're the same weight - and I'm taller than you (5'6"). I could never get into a 6. I'm pretty much a solid size 12. It's these big a$$ bones, I guess. Sigh.

My GW was 150 but my CW is 140. I have def seen the size change in the last 10-15 lbs.

my low was 138. I was definitely smaller then (I wore a medium with an occasional large, but now I wear a large with an occasional medium - boo!!), but I never did get down to a 6. I could fit into size 10 jeans then - probably couldn't now. I think all the jeans I wear now are 12's. It'd still be nice to be a mostly medium and size 10, though!!

I have a strange frame...my mom and sister both have wide hips and big thighs/butts but I have narrow hips and small thighs and literally NO butt...so probably why I can slither into a 6...if the fabric has some stretch and is a high rise (my natural waist is pretty narrow now but my lower belly has a lot of extra skin). Mostly I am in 8's and 10's still in other pants (women's sizing is ridiculous)...I even have a pair of jean shorts I still wear in a size 14. they're a little loose on me but they don't look bad.

I hate that numbers like this make us get so excited because honestly it's not about the number or the measurements of your body, but about how you're proportioned and how your anatomy is dispersed.
my sister is 2 inches shorter than me and she said she has not worn a size 6 since she was about 16 years old and she was under 120lbs.

it's more about the comparrison to your old self---how many inches you've lost and how many sizes difference you can count between the MO you and the healthy you. if size 12 is what fits, then that's just what size you wear...there is NOTHING wrong with that!

Have been busy and have not been able to menu the last couple days. Accountability has been good menu and vitamins and water but exercise not so much. I will be at the gym tonight to do my elliptical for 30 minutes.

Good news I went to my PCP yesterday and I was taken off my last medication I was taking. I was on Diltiazam 120MG to combat Afib but they determined my Afib incident I had before surgery was due to my sleep Apnea so now the Apnea is gone I do not have to worry about the afib. So I am now on a one a day vitamin and calcium chews. This is the outcome I was looking for going into this surgery so yeah me!!!

Good morning~ Yesterday was a really good food day and I'm feeling more hopeful. Actually, excited really to learn more about keto and IF then plan and shop this weekend. I want to start on Monday. It feels good to have a positive focus and get out of my head - this brain trap where I've been stuck for so long. One choice at a time.
