Accountability: I felt sort of blah and off all day and not much of an appetite. I ended the day at 800 calories but way low on protein. I ran a few miles at the gym but that was basically it for movement for the day--I sat around and read the entire internet, lol. I feel better already today.
QOTD: Do you have any people in your life who belong on a reality show? I am on my way to get a haircut and my hairdresser is a CHARACTER. He is Israeli, owns his own tiny place and I swear it always feels like I am being secretly filmed on a reality show when I am there. He knows everyone in this town and all of the gossip. I love him.
Exercise: Quick mile run this morning. Maybe some yoga later in the afternoon.
Good morning menu friends! Quick post for accountability today. Lily and I just did a short walk this am because I feeling dizzy and my stomach is a mess. She'll just have to take a break this morning and hopefully I'll feel better as the day goes on. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 122.4. Fluids were good at 100 ounces and that'll be the goal for today too. Here's the food plan B2/3c earnest eats hot cereal L tuna packet with relish and mayo D 4 oz chicken patty probably sm apple with 1 T peanut butter for snack if stomach settles down. Have a wonderful day full of healthy choices everyone!
