Your hair

My hair is still dry and brittle after WLS.

Mind is, too, plus the balayaged blonde I put in didn't help, texturally, though I like it otherwise.

First my hair fell out, then it grew back, then it kind of thinned out again. When I realized it was thinner the second time, I started varying my diet more with veggies and some berries. Plus I go through massive quantities of conditioner!

My hair grew back in super healthy, but I also use a leave in conditioner daily. I actually put it in after I leave the gym when I'm still warm and my hair is damp. I'm using a product called "It's a 10." It leaves my hair incredibly soft and it smells amazing

Good afternoon,

Dont really have anything planned for the weekend. Maybe I'll go to the lake tomorrow.

After today I'll only have 4 days to work to work before I go on vacation for 10 days.

Qotd can't think of anybody.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna, cottage cheese and watermelon

D pork roast and watermelon

Yay it?s Friday and my obgyn appointment went well. They did more bloodwork to check for PCOS. Another waiting game!

yesterday was a bad day. Though I stayed under 800 calories it was a crappy choice of things to get there. I feel the journaling is getting me to recognize the ?comfort? eating. I was so nervous about today and my anxiety has been off the charts lately to boot. Time to refocus and just remember to breath.

food for today is likely to be simple.

b:1 oz lunch meat with a laughing cow wedge and red onion

s:small part of a soft protein bar

l:PP shake

d:tilapia fillet with lime zest and cilantro.

s:Muenster cheese & powdered pb.

will edit in the other stuff through out the day.

The first is a photo I took that won best of show in the areas tri-state fair.

Pretty proud of that one!

The second is supreme queen on the house Skippy!
