QOTD: Since I have a tiny house (1,042sq feet) and a tiny year, I think they could clean and do the yard work! Maybe even help me go through boxes in the basement.

B: Coffee and protein bar

S: Protein shake

ES: Skinny Popcorn

L: Turkey w/low carb wrap

S2: Cucumber w/ Ranch

D: Chicken, SF BBQ

AD: SF jello w/whip cream!

W: 120 oz

E: 5 miles (already have 2 miles in) Dog training, like always!

AC: Daily goal of 40 carbs or less...

Yay for making it to the gym even with the lingering sick; you rock! I do think your walk through Chinatown sounds much more fun than the gym!

I've already been to the grocery store (searching for the costco egg bites that haven't made it to my costco yet but their website said were in the local store -- no luck:-( and cut the grass so now I'm conference calling, reading way too many presentations and memos I've let pile up.

QOTD - folding laundry and putting it away. I hate it.

Food today:

B - power crunch bar on the way to grocery shop

L - 3 poppers from real good foods

S - pumpkin pie L&F (I bought all 10 of them that were on the shelf!)

D - 3 filet mignon bacon bites

S - last of the lemon L&F

Exercise - free workout at 9Rounds (boxing circuit); I tried this 150 pounds ago and while I loved the boxing aspect of it; I couldn't keep up on the cardio -- hoping today goes better and I can add this into my exercise mix.

I love Chinatown in general, but they hung a whole bunch of very bright and colorful lanterns up and I keep looking wistfully from the bus and wishing I was walking through to take pics!

Good morning and TGIF - I have been that meme more times than I can count but my wrapper pile was way bigger!! Congrats on 2 weeks JB!! Happily in the office on a Friday - it's super chill and casual with skeleton crew and business is slow. I get a lot done, plus we are all so happy it's Friday! Grocery shopping after work, no gym today, instant pot chicken and relaxing evening watching news, Jeopardy and Bill Maher. I know, we live large.

QOTD - Oh cleaning for sure! I spend far too much time on this and well it's a dirty job! Someday I will get Rob on board with this. We both love to cook, Rob likes yard work and I like planter/pot gardening - so basically flowers!

Accountability - great, but the scale is being mean

TSS 2 years 9 months - 169.3 seriously? I'm bloated and puffy today, my very lose rings won't even move

Grim would have died years ago with tha****ch in traffic! We rarely make it more than 10 blocks form home without him honking at someone. He is otherwise the quietest, calmest, even-tempered person, but not behind the wheel...
