Morning! I stayed up too late last nigh****ching Unbelievable. Anyone else seriously infuriated by the first episode? I literally had to watch a 2nd episode just to make sure that something redeeming was going to happen. Today I start a new role at my job for 50% of my time - with a team I've worked with before, but now in a more official manner. I also have a phone interview for a position in their team.

My Food:

Coffee w/ Cream x2
English Muffin w/ Egg and Cheese
Bagel w/ Turkey, Cheese, and Mayo
Bunless Burger and Broccoli
Snacks: Jerky, Cheese Stick, Fiber One Bar, Apple w/ Cinnamon & Swerve, Cucumber

It's unlikely I'll eat all the snacks, but that's what I have on the docket.

I am watching that but it makes me so angry, I can only watch about an episode a week. That first episode was so crazy making. I read the propublica article the series is based on and that was even harder to read. That poor girl.

Good morning everyone! I had a wonderful weekend. The kids came home for dinner yesterday and the weather was great. My daughter and I went for a nice drive in the woods and looked at the fall colors. Lots of laughs. I love having my family home together. These are the days!

We also have a new puppy in the family. She is a rescue from Texas. Her story is really sad, but my daughter and son in law are going to take such good care of her. She will have a wonderful life with them. I'll post pictures on Friday.

Today I am headed to the FNP from my clinic for my 3 year visit. I am about 6 weeks early. I don't know why I am nervous. I just hope its not a waste of a $35 co-pay and 2 hour 1/2 round trip drive.

Accountability- I ate a homemade dinner roll with garlic and parm last night at dinner. It sat heavy in my pouch. When will I ever learn?

Food for today-

Cottage cheese and boiled egg

orange and corriander chicken sausage sauteed with jalepenos, garlic and cabbage. ( so yummy)

kale motz chicken patty, zuchinni

Lots of water!! I feel puffy this morning. Vitamins always.
