Hi all late post for me-

had to make a-vat of oatmeal for coworkers birthday. did it last night and then it of course was glue this morning so had to add water and heat it all back up. turned out nice and everyone could put the toppings they wanted into it. All of it got eaten so that is good just need to soak my instant pot in the kitchen.

Weekend was good- very long gym session Saturday almost lasted 2 hours. I was pooped after. sunday we took dogs to the groomer for baths and nail trims. it was fun for them to meet new people and not for the wallet. Then we ran some errands. I came hope, prepped food, then left for Chattanooga to get settled for work.

plans for today:

tiny bit of oatmeal in my cauliflower with protein powder

chicken /salad

chicken/salad

water

coffee

more water

Good morning all.

Had a fun weekend I did well at some rummage sales but now have to get rid of some wardrobe because I'm out of hangers. If I'm out of hangers that means I'm out of closet space so I need to decide what I need to keep and what will be best going to charity. Not so hard since I only buy second hand clothing. If I wore it one it's usually enough unless it really fits well.

I had a party yesterday for the Steeler game. I don't know why I call them partys with the way the Pittsburgh season has been going. So with that said:

Accountability: Saturday was great yesterday was way to many carbs and the scale yelled at me this morning.

TSS 1 year 9 months 26days 142.6 lbs (Need to get back to 140.2)

CB: Dark roast coffee with and SF pumpkin spice creamer and stevia

MS L & FCarmel apple pie and an Egg bite

L: Crack chicken and Premier cheesecake bite and snake select cheese nuts and cranberries

D: stuffed beef burger with smoked Gouda homemade pickles and bacon.

LS Gloria jeans Toffee coffee and Aldi SF French Vanilla creamer

Everybody have a great day.

Brightest Blessings,

Good morning!

Ive been "graduated" from the chiropractor from three days a week to two! And he said I should be ok to resume light weightlifting, just no iron man stunts :P I'm excited to get back into my normal exercise routine. I've only been walking and other light cardio. My gym doesn't have a pool or that would have been great, I'm sure.

Im excited for my mornings to be more productive than just going to the chiropractor. I work a later shift, so by the time I get home at 7:30-8, I don't feel like doing anything.

Qotd: Gambit, from X-men. I was always disappointed that he didn't have a more prominent role in the movies. Just a brief cameo in one of them.

breakfast: Chike iced protein coffee

lunch: 1/2 C sloppy joe meat (lunch menu today), small salad

snack: Greek L&F

dinner: leftover pork rib, green beans

I wrote it down so I could post it here. What my roommate has is rhabdomyolysis. He said it is gradually getting better so he should be up and walking soon.

I've been really tired and down lately, I keep wondering if it is the wellbutrin? I know it takes at least 2 weeks to kick in, but I didn't feel this bad before I started taking it. I want to take a nap in the afternoon about 3 and I'm just totally exhausted.

QOTD- Definitely Batman from the original TV series.

I need to get back to work.

Have a great day everyone!

Julia - Rhabdomylosis is the kidney disease that you can get from working out too hard.

Good morning everyone!

I am participating in a new program with my Bariatric program, designed for post op long term follow up. They want me to continue to track my menus but not post them as I compare myself, my weight loss, or lack there of, and my calorie count with others and negatively judge myself. I am also being evaluated for a pouch to remnant stomach fistula.

I love this place and love finding out about all of you with the QOTD and all the pictures on Friday! I may chime in here and there if that's OK, but no menu.
