Good morning everyone! Quick post before I head into work. I have to admit I've been slacking on working out, but I was determined to get back on track yesterday so I got my walk in and lifted some weights and I felt so much better! I will not slack off again. My head feels a little funny this morning like I'm trying to come down with something....gosh I hope not! Just found out last night that my friend has the flu. That is something I've never had and never wish to experience.

Good morning, everybody!

I am freezing this morning. Right now, I am wrapped in a blanket and wearing a coat. I don't even think that it weight loss related. I have noticed that those cold feelings have started to be lesser. I think its just cold.

Today is a super busy day at work, with 9 conference calls, pretty much back to back from about 8:45 on. My 9:00 call requires me to be really engaged, so I may take that from home and then drive into the office during the late morning.

I am also trying to come to grips with the fact that today is Filthy Fifty. Well, at least that will warm me up. If I have anything left tonight, I may run a few miles while Marilyn is at CardioTennis.

hahaha yep its that kind of day for me also. I only have one conference call but have a project coming up I'm involved in so will be working on that. you know what's amazing? I LEAVE my computer here now when I leave work and I don't log back in. what an amazing concept.

last night I came home, played with dogs, walked dogs, took shower, got in jammies, grilled seafood mix and zuchinni for today, watched tv, hung out and went to bed. it was sooo nice. DH is going back on Wednesday. I have gym after work today so I will be amping myself up for it lol. My new earbuds come today in the mail and I'm super excited because they have 72 hour battery life!!!

Super quick as I have 5 minutes and it's time to get hubby up for work. Miss Lily and I have our first long walk in and will do more later. Accountability was perfect yesterday both food and stepwise and weight is 121.2 today. Here's the food plan for the day B 3 protein pancakes with sugar free syrup (today's were cinnamon oat and quite yummy) L 4 oz seafood salad D 4 oz of whatever protein hubby cooks S if needed 3 peanut butter crackers. Have a busy day full of smart and healthy choices!

Morning all! First day back working (telework) after our move.

Lots of emails and things to catch up on....

Slowly setting up a new routine, including returning to mostly protein and limiting the sweet treats to only on rare occasions. Also today is my first day back in the gym although I've had LOTS of cardio and functional weight lifting over the last weeks!

Menu:

B1: coffee x 2 w/ Miralax

B2: Carbmaster vanilla yogurt w/ raspberries and slivered almonds

L: deli roast beef & baby carrots

S: protein shake

D: TJ's cauliflower pizza w/ chicken & mushrooms

S: Lactaid cottage cheese w/ blackberries & slivered almonds

E: hour in the gym

Good morning JB and Menu crew. Glad to hear that you and Grim are on the mend. I have a busy day as well and am heading to Montreal mid morning to visit a few vendors that I work with. Decided I am going to do a strong push to get to 195lbs, we are going on Vacation in January this year with a group of 22 people. Mia Reef in Isla Mujeres Mexico, Bologna Italy ( Work trip) in March and Florida in April, so I want to be lighter than the 208.8 I was this morning.

QOTD - Howard Stern - I think he is an interesting guy. I do not listen to him very often, but find that he can be funny and most of what he says is for entertainment and shock value. I think he would have me laughing all day.

B - Scrambled eggs with bacon and cheese.

S - Ham roll with chive and onion cream cheese

L - folio wrap with chicken salad

S - cukes dip

D - Hamburger with 2 net carb roll from the great low carb bread company.

E - Gym night - feel great this morning after being a little stiff yesterday due to the long hike I took on Sunday.

Howard was just on Bill Maher - we watched it the other night, and Howard was hilarious.

I also sort of love his wife because she runs a cat rescue and has like 25 cats which I totally would too if I wasn't seen as the "crazy cat lady" and if I were single...instead, I have one :) (who is very spoiled and fat)
