Happy Friday!!!! So ready for the weekend...which is a perpetual Friday mood to be fair!

I have way to much going on this weekend - Melissa Etheridge concert tonight, Little Women play tomorrow afternoon followed by a concert tomorrow night and then getting my hair colored on Sunday. I just had it done in October but didn't love it and can already see you much Grey so going to a highlight/root blend. I would love to add some purple streaks but probably will not.

QOTD - before hand I told my sister and a few friends that I knew would be supportive weather they "approved" or not. I told my mom a day or two before just in case I died, I didn't think it would be fair to my sister to have to break the whole news. Since then, I will tell people if they ask but for the most part it doesn't come up.

Menu today

3 oz ever roast deli chicken and slice cheddar

cottage cheese with tablespoon pb2

will have either a salad with steak or a bunless burger at dinner tonight

i don't have any good new pictures this week so here are some from my travels - Prague Castle at sunset. The other one was a parade I found one morning in Krakow - I love to get up before the city awakes where ever I am and this was on one of my morning wanders. It was a parade in honor of the Polish Troops leaving for WWI 100th anniversary. It reminded me of a photo that my grandfather used to have if his mother's family service members during WWI and the sheer number of different uniforms that were in it. I tried to find that photo when we cleaned out my grandparents house but never did.

Our Global new Partner's meeting in 2003 was in Prague, and we had a formal dinner in Prague Castle one night. It was an amazing event with all of us newbies in our tuxedos and evening gowns. It felt like there were 500 waiters in formal dress who would come out in formation bearing the food.
