Wow - where is everyone this morning? Figured I'd start off since I get antsy when I don't post first thing in the morning!!
I've been really trying to stay on track since blowing it on Thanksgiving, but we had the moms over for Thanksgiving leftovers last night (not in the original plan), so I was over my calorie range. I didn't gorge and mostly behaved, but still, over my range and not happy. I'm feeling like a bloated, waterlogged blimp this morning. ARRRGGGHHH! I didn't see any cardio classes at the gym today that piqued my interest, so maybe a long walk is in order. And very controlled eating!! And lots of fluids....

4+ years out:
B: one egg omelet (split a three-egger with DH - I got a third) with Italian sausage, cheddar cheese, diced green pepper and diced cherry tomatoes. Coffee with half & half.
MS: protein shake
L: salad with diced turkey and light dressing
AS: L&F yogurt and maybe a "safe" pumpkin cold brew coffee
D: Turkey and vegetables. THAT IS ALL!!!
Charred n slow cooked beef brisket fajitas w guac salsa fat free cheddar cheese sauce .
half a low-fat ice cream sandwich
carrots potato potato latkes fresh fennel stew ( cooked with brisket)
when I start to hate meat - shrimp ****tail fresh string peas
