Good luck getting back on track; it's hard but worth it! Sorry your colleagues bum you out at the holidays, that's frustrating.

Good morning everyone! Happy hump day!

QOTD - I'm doing well to try to keep some of the traditions alive, like putting up a tree, stockings, etc. I don't know that I want to introduce any new ones other than "lets spend time together more, and not buy as much crap".

Last night, I had dinner at an Italian restaurant near our home that I have wanted to try for two years, and it was amazing. I didn't beat myself up for eating delicious Italian food last night, but trying to be right back on a good meal plan today.

Breakfast - English muffin, tomatoes, vegan sausage patty

Snack - Oatmeal with almond milk (small portion)

Lunch - Lentil veggie soup, veggie brown rice, Gardein "chikn" tenders

Snack - Pretzels and garlic hummus, cucumber

Dinner - IF starts at 3pm, so no dinner.

I hope you all have a great day!

Christina

Let it begin with me.

Good morning everyone!

QOTD: I'd like to start a new tradition where the family does a puzzle together for Christmas Day and Boxing Day (I don't think you guys have boxing day there in the US but here it's the day after Christmas and is a stat holiday).

It's going to be an interesting day food-wise here today because the people who own our building at work are putting on a lunch for everyone in the building. All they say is that it's a "modern twist on a turkey dinner". Not sure what that means but I brought my own lun*****ase there isn't much to choose from. I'm assuming I will at least be able to have some turkey and vegetables but I guess we'll find out.

B: Just having a tea latte since lunch is early at 11.

L: TBD

S: If I'm super hungry from little lunch I'll have my breakfast that I didn't eat (85 g skyr yogurt with 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1/4 cup saskatoon berries and some peach sugar free sweetener).

D: 3 ounces of Crack Chicken

Have a good day everyone!

I wish we had boxing day here in the states, it would be so nice to have a relaxed day in addition to Christmas. I love your puzzle idea.

It is REALLY nice to have that extra day after Christmas. We lose out on the extra days you guys get for Thanksgiving/Black Friday. I'm not sure which I'd rather have! Both would be nice!! :)

Good morning Jen and Menuers

Funny you started us out today. I actually saw this wall hanging on Zullily last evening at thought of you.

The snarky lady that you title yourself made me think of you when reading this.

Well, I finally made it back to the gym!!! Wow I never though taking 15 days out of the gym would have much impact but it did. I usually elliptical for 35 minutes and go about 3 1/2 miles. I only made 2.75 yesterday.

Today is my 2nd year surgeversey from my original sleeve surgery that did not go very well. And on the 18 of December I had another surgery to change the sleeve to an RNY. It was a terrible time for my husband. I never told anyone but him and a girlfriend who lives in California so he had no support and had no one to turn to to comfort him. I finally found out this year he told friends of ours and they would meet him in the lobby and bring him coffee. I am glad we have such good friends.

So 2 years out and 165 lbs lighter even through all the trama I would not change anything.

Accountability : Nailed it!!

TSS: 2 years 134.2

CB: Dark roast coffee with and SF pumpkin spice creamer with miralax and fiber

MS overnight steel cut oats, L&F Pumpkin yogurt

L: Jimmy Dean eggwich leftover Thai turkey burger

D: Mississippi Pot Roast

Exercise: 30 min elliptical

Everybody have a great day

Brightest Blessings,

Chrissy
