last night went well nothing crazy happened. Stopped for groceries on the way home got ground pork and thin sliced chicken and cheese and some more stuff thinking a lower cal stuffed chicken and chicken cordon blu?

debating Pilates at 10- or lifting today

Good Saturday morning. Another night with not so great sleep. We had a line of storms move through about an hour after I fell asleep. Lots of thunder & wind. I would of loved it had I not fallen asleep! LOL

i've gained some weight due to emotional eating. Chronic pain is just so dang depressing. I had a call into the doctor for something for the pain and never got a call back. I hate this clinic but I am stuck. The eye test I have to have every 6-9 months is not fully covered by Medicaid so this clinic covers what it doesn't. Some of the people are really great but some people treat patients like they are less than dirt. They've known about my back and leg issues for over two years now. It's just sad to me.

anyways...got rid of a lot of the bad stuff yesterday and I'm going to do a light day today.

i played with some anodized jump rings last night and was pleased with the outcome! I have the colors for a pink one but my back was really bothering me last night.

Good morning, everyone!! I woke up at 6 so I could get to the 7:00 am Weigh****chers meeting. I like getting it over with so I can get other things done before football starts. I love college football!!

11 years out from RNY

Goal- losing 30 pounds of regain (6 down/24 to go)

Today I plan to stay under my 30 point limit, get in at least 10,000 steps, and watch lots of college football!!

Good morning menu friends! It's a gloomy foggy day here in the cornfields of Illinois but Miss Lily and I have our 3.5 miles in anyway. No excuses for us today! We'll do another mile this afternoon too. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 120.6 today. Here's the food plan for the day B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 2 protein pancakes with sugar free syrup D out to eat most likely some sort of grilled fish. Have a great day full of smart and conscious choices everyone!

Coffee with a splash of creamer, vitamins and medications, water and some sugar free hot apple cider with some miralax .., grabbed some healthy things from the grocery store but not sure what today will bring. I hope everyone is staying well and reaching towards good choices as we approach the close to this calendar year.

Sorry to post so late, but I'm out of town and had no idea what I'd be eating or doing today!

First of all, i logged 21,008 steps on my fitbit today. Yay!!! (And boy do my feet feel it!). Second, i stayed within my calorie range. Double yay! I had:

Coffee with half and half

Half a quinoa bowl ( quinoa, scrambled egg, spinach. Avocado, diced tomato, and salsa)

Glass of white wine

2 protein bars

Individual packet of Trader Joe's trail mix

I know the last two were kind of weird, but i was trying to avoid eating another restaurant meal. Too many calories the last three or four days. I'm so glad today was a normal day! And tomorrow will be, too!!!
