ok kicking this thing off! Haven't uploaded any pics... So I'm at work, hopefully when I get home today all the flooring in both rooms will be done and the bathroom fan hooked up and the electric back on in the 1/2 of the house it is out. Hopefully tonight we will get the king size bed also- finally- lots of hoping. have a meeting across the street today then plan on going home and getting zooey to bring back to work for the rest of the day. thought she would like that- she loves people.

I'll be speaking to another pre-op group this morning. They changed the time to 10:00 (used to be 11:00) - I'm glad because my amazon package (Fit Frappe and a DASH mini waffle maker) is coming today instead of Monday as originally predicted, and our neighborhood has had issues with porch pirates lately. I'm hoping I'll be home before the mail arrives (should be....). I don't want anyone stealing that package!
I may leave home a little early this morning and hit the gym before going to the bariatric clinic. Plumber coming this afternoon - along with a snow storm. Ugh to the second. Hopefully they'll have the roads cleared by late tomorrow morning because we have a luncheon to go to...
QOTD: I've been hooked on protein pancakes for awhile, too - but the latest thing is homemade cold brew lattes. Usually I make them with unsweetened cashew milk (or occasionally, oat milk - although that's more calories...) - but if I need protein, I'll use an Unjury RTD shake instead. I always sprinkle on some cinnamon and a dollop of light Cool Whip. As mentioned above, I ordered a bag of Fit Frappe - so I'll try it with that, too...

MS: protein shake
L: salad with diced turkey and light dressing. Or some chicken breast with a T of avocado on a Flat Out FoldIt
AS: L&F yogurt or raw veggies with hummus
D: chicken salad (??)
ex: I'll do the bike if I go to the gym en route to the clinic. I won't have time for a class, and I did weights yesterday, so....

Good morning and happy Fri-yay!! The end of this day cannot come soon enough and I am looking forward to the weekend. Nothing big planned - have to get my microblading touched up, taking my mom to see Star Wars and I'm doing a private Pilates session to work on some advanced skills I need help with.

I've already got my 45 minutes in on the elliptical (split between paths in Switzerland, Australia and Washington State) so exercise is done for the day. I'll do more elliptical tomorrow since my Pilates class is Sunday.
B - cottage cheese and a cheese stick
L - 4 oz ever roast deli chicken
D 3 oz burger patty with .8 oz cheese
snacks light and fit greek and either a built bar or another cottage cheese
coffee with half and half X3 and then all the water and tea
no new picture this week so here a couple of my all one favorites - standing on and looking down Hadrian's Wall; a Lavender Farm in Tasmania (everyone always thinks this is photoshopped but nope, it's just beautiful) and an owl in a log (I think about turning this into a tattoo)
