Good Mid Morning JB and Menuers,

Very late start to my day. I was a sloth yesterday and was still feeling slothy this morning. It was absolutely beautiful day in Pittsburgh yesterday and I sat in the house watched mindless TV and Only got out of my chair to snack and use the bathroom. I feel so guilty I wasted a great opportunity to get out and move.

QOTD: Most people only leave reviews if it was a super great or super bad experience. I used to review on Tripadvisor but I had not traveled for so long I had nothing to review. I do leave reviews for Greater Goods products because they give them to me for free if I leave feedback. Other than that usually only if I am super dissatisfied.

Accountability: Worst weekend since surgery. 2 buffets and lots of snacks. Not bad choices just to many calories and peanuts.

TSS: 2 years 2 Month 13 days 137.2 (lowest 130.8)

CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato w/Miralax and Fiber

MS: Oikos Triple zero Salted Caramel and Berries with cream cheese and whipping cream with crystal light lemonade and Oikos lemon tart dip I made to take to bingo for a smart snack choice

L: Jimmy Dean Eggwhich

D: chopped steak with mushrooms and cheese and southern cook green beans.

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been good. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Exercise: 30 Minute elliptical

I mixed the whipped cream cheese with an Oikos lemon tart Greek yogurt and after making whipped cream from heavy whipping Cream I folded it in to make it light and fluffy but it wasn't enough lemon so I used crystal lite to give it the bump it needed very yummy.

Hi JB and all,

Late check-in for me. I woke up (inexplicably) at 4:30 and had to get up at 5:55 because last minute last night, Kris' ex asked if we could take the kids to school and we had to leave the house at 6:40 so I had to get some sleepy people up and out the door with breakfast in the car. I am exhausted. We set up our brand new king bed on Saturday and I went to bed and it was GLORIOUS! So much space! Until I got the poke in the arm at 4 am..."my stomach hurts" and that was the end of that. So I am a few nights in of little sleep. My current mood is debating to go to Body Pump tonight or not...

I did get to Costco yesterday for lots of great protein, hence my super fancy breakfast and dinner! I picked up King Crab, a rotisserie chicken, Sabatino's mozzarella chicken sausage, tilapia and salmon! Plus a new find - Folio's cheese wraps.

QOTD: I more often rate things on a 1-5 star basis but don't write an extensive review. When I receive exceptional experience from a person in the service industry, I actually tell the company/manager - I will ask to talk to the manager on our way out of a restaurant or I will go to the hotel website, for example, and write in. I like to think people will get recognized.

B: 3 oz king crab with mashed avocado, after a massive iced coffee

L: Folio cheese wrap with rotisserie chicken rolled inside, and dijon mustard

D: Same as breakfast!

E: Mayyyyyyyybe Body Pump, maybe reading on the couch...
