Tell us more!!! How many calories do you try to stick to? How long did it take you to loose this regain?

Be careful with protein and baking. Many varieties denature at cooking temperatures. The only one I know that is tolerant of baking is Quest, but it is not Whey Isolate. Lots of recipes to create cookies or muffins/bars at the Quest site, but again not Whey Isolate. Good luck.

May not be a protein bar, but Devotion Nutrition has various flex flavors that you can use when cooking, so if you are looking to make a few different small batches, you can add a flavor packet to give it some extra "pop"! They also have a few recipes on their website.

The following website might still have a recipe for something called "protein balls" which were good; an excellent website for low carb, high protein recipes:

www.theworldaccordingtoeggface.com

I am taking the time to respond for the sake of others having the same desire to find a homemade protein snack idea. I also took the time to look up www.theworldaccordingtoeggface.com protein ball recipe. It still exists and the recipe does not call for a single flake of oatmeal.
