Morning everyone! OMG, it's just after 3am without this bull**** daylight savings time... BLERGH. Mondays are my day to be on the other side of the world for a 7:30am meeting, every week, so today feels particularly obnoxious! Although I keep hearing about big companies around MA who are forcing their employees to work from home, so maybe there won't be anyone on the road?

Grim and I practiced some "social distancing", ourselves, this weekend. Not because of the virus--we were just feeling antisocial ;) I didn't post a menu because for the first time in ages, I just didn't bother to plan one. Not a good idea, I know... I haven't weighed in this morning, yet, so no data on how terrible that decision was, yet!

QOTD: What food is totally overrated? I am going to go with avocado on toast. I like it, but I can't believe there are restaurants dedicated to it. I am also going to go a little controversial here, since I am from MA, but I think Dunkin Donuts coffee and donuts are gross **shrinks in fear of retribution.

Good morning JB! Hope your commute isn't awful!! One of the positive about my weird sleep patterns is the time change doesn't bother me, at least not any worse than the normal Monday!

I need to leave early today for my mammo, so going to timeshift and make my work day 5 am to 1 pm. I'm lucky to be able to do that!

qotd - you are on dangerous ground -- DD is like a religion in your neck of the woods! I think I would have to go with all the dip things like guacamole, sour cream. I can do without those easily.

menu today is

coffee + half and half x3

B - 3 oz Italian beef roast, 1 slice sargento cheese

L - 1 container carb master cottage cheese, 1 oz ever roast deli chicken

D 3 oz ever roast deli chicken

S-light and fit greek

S-built bar

s-half and half in my coffees

Ha I am one of those "dip" people. I would add an additional 500 calories to every meal in guac and sour cream if I could.

I too hate the time change...such BS.

I'm having a very rough night with pain. Just about at my wits end. Add to that the wind is up and shaking the storm windows.

I've been having a lot of indigestion. Tomatoes or anything remotely spicy kill me it seems. I'm so tired of that. Even turmeric seems to work me the wrong way. I will be talking to my surgeon about it but I'm frustrated to say the least.

Qotd: my opinion is going to catch a lot of heat LOL. Bacon. I like it and everything but I do not love it...never have. I like adding it to roasted veggies but other than that meh.

There was a time change? Did we finally go metric?

6'3" tall, male.

Good morning menu friends! This stinking time makes it too dark to walk much with Lily before I have to start waking hubby for work. We're here at Camp Tanako on the shore of Lake Katherine near Hot Springs, Arkansas. It's beautiful and I"ll get some pictures. It made me smile to see junior high youth sitting in the swings we made last time we were here and enjoying themselves! All that work WAS worth it! This time we've got some painting to do,and renovation on a cabin and flooring to repair. It's going to be a busy 3 weeks for sure. At least we have a beautiful setting to do it in! Accountability was good yesterday both food and stepwise and weight is 120.6 today. QOTD Starbucks coffee in any form. I do like Dunkin Donuts but Caribou is my favorite brand. I'm frugal so rarely buy coffee out but buy beans or ground and make at home. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 c chili D 4 oz grilled chicken with peppers and onions.
